Biomy name is mandy, i am 26 and live in england. i have 3 young children and i have yoyo dieted for as long as i can reember.
i now have found a diet brake through for me, simply eat a hell of alot less and the results are fantastic.
currently i am about 3 stone over weight and have losd 11lbs in 9 days doin this. so its early days for me.
been having around 500 cals per day and drinking loads of diet coke and herbal tees.
any advice would be great. noone else seams to understand me. hopefully you will. and we can help each other.
